1. Click on Service for the category you need.
2. Open the category and follow the instruction as you go forward.
3. Once you book any service, you will receive a booking confirmation email on your registered Email ID.

Once you place a booking, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.

You can follow the below steps to book a service to reschedule a booking for a different time –

1. Search for the booking you want to reschedule.
2. Click on the “Option” then select “Edit Service”.
3. Click on the “Edit” button.
4. Edit the service schedule and click on the “Update Schedule” button.

If you want service, but can’t avail at the time you booked the service for, we recommend you to edit your booking and reschedule the booking for a different time.

If you want to cancel, follow the below steps –

1. Search for the booking you want to cancel.
2. Click on the “Option” then select the “View Booking”.
3. Click on the “Cancel Booking” button.
4. Once you cancel any service, you will receive a booking cancelled email to your registered email id.

After each service completed, at the bottom there is one section for rate and review services.

You can follow the below steps to rate and review services once you logged in –

1. You can rate the service of professionals through our review section.
2. Summarize your opinion or highlighting interesting details.
3. You would also be allowed to leave feedback for the service and suggest improvements on various parameters in the comment box.
4.  Submit your review.

You can book the same professional again who delivered your last service for that you follow the below steps-

1. You can save your professional as “My Favorite”.
2. And then you can open a link once you are logged in.
3. And click on the link for “View Profile”.
4. Book your service.

Yes, it is possible to book multiple entries for the same service professional.

You can follow the below steps –

1. Select the professional which you want.
2. Click on the “Select Category”.
3. Select any multiple services as per your need.
4. Book your service.
