Yes, You will receive the booking details by email. If you have booked service with an option to Pay Later then you can pay after service. This facility is provided for some of the services like house cleaning as customers don’t know the exact hours needed or services like food delivery. It is possible to pay directly to the professional. In case of any issues, If you do it as per the booking details and rate agreed, then we can help you by checking with the service provider.

Yes, but only if Cancellation of booking request is made before 3 hours of booking time, Then your refund will be automatically initiated and will be settled in 5-7 business days.
